1. Permissions & Data Access

To function as a complete replacement for your system dialer, DialerX requires access to several sensitive permissions:

• Default Phone Handler: Required to process, receive, and make calls, and to provide the custom in-call UI.
• Call Logs (READ_CALL_LOG, WRITE_CALL_LOG): Used to display your recent call history and allow you to manage it.
• Contacts (READ_CONTACTS, WRITE_CONTACTS): Used to display your contact list, search for names, and identify callers.
• Phone State (READ_PHONE_STATE): Needed to detect incoming calls and trigger the custom background feature.

2. Data Usage & Security

We believe in absolute privacy. We do not collect, upload, or share any of your personal data (call logs, contacts, or recordings) to any external servers. All data processing happens **locally** on your device.

3. Custom Call Backgrounds

If you choose to use the "Call Background" feature, the app will access your local storage only to let you select an image. These images are stored locally and are never transmitted outside your device.

4. Third-Party Services

Our app may use third-party services (such as Google Play Services or AdMob) that may collect information used to identify you. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for more information.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
